Contributors own the copyright of their contributions (photos, articles, comments and postcards) to Everywhere Magazine. Everything else is Copyright © 2007-2008, 8020 Publishing.

Contributors do not have to license their work in any particular way. By contributing to the EverywhereMag.com website, you simply give us the right to display your work online and print it in Everywhere Magazine, if chosen. If your work is chosen for publication, we also reserve the right to use this work in promotional materials for Everywhere Magazine.

Everywhere will only accept your original work. Uploading any work that you do not own the rights to is a violation of our terms of service and is grounds for termination. Basically, if you didn’t make the photo or write the words, don’t upload it here.

If you suspect anything on our site of being a violation of copyright, please let us know immediately.
