A young boy returning home from the muddy paddy fields.

Along the middle road to Sapa, we encounter many small villages and amazing faces that tell us the story of a culture of many ethnic groups that live side by side. May Pham, our guide, introduces us to the H’mong customs such as marriage where the bride is kidnapped, life in the paddy fields, ancient medical practices and the family habits. Important stories that tell us about the real richness of this country while highlighting some of its true contradictions.

These are beautiful photos! Do you have the story behind some of these faces? It would be nice if you could expand on what you have written to tell the story of some of these people and or about the places where you took these photos.

I have no words... Simply wondeful!
The eyes of this people speak to our hearts!
In few clicks I think you have captured their sufferings, but also their dignity. Many compliments to the photographers!
