Funny shop allocation in Hong Kong.
Funny shop allocation in Hong Kong.
It seems that when it comes to urban planning in Hong Kong, it doesn't rank very high on the list of must-dos.
I noticed this really interesting pair of shops on my way back to the hotel one night - a shop hanging shoes on the left, and a restaurant hanging poultry on the right. It was really funny to me, having grown up in a country that is a stickler for urban planning (as we are quite literally the smallest country in the world!).
The morning before I left, I did a quick walkabout around my hotel, and found many more contrasting gems.
Hong Kong does, indeed, live up to its reputation of being a colourful city.
