Packing our bags and heading back to New York.

The return flights from Italy were a lot more uneventful than the flights to Italy. For one thing, we didn't have to deal with the killer delays that we had on the way there. Unfortunately, we also didn't get to enjoy the lovely business class again, but that's okay. I'll survive.

I saw three movies on the flight from Amsterdam to New York. I was pleasantly surprised by the film selection on this flight. I watched Rush Hour 3, The Nanny Diaries, and Ratatouille, and I actually enjoyed all of them. The first movie wasn't that great, but I did have some laugh-out-loud moments with it.

More than half way through with the flight, we had some really terrible turbulence that made me grab to everything around me. As a person who pretty much never prays, I even made a silent prayer to let me live and take something else away from me if the plane was suppose to crash that night. That's how bad it was. Eventually, we did find our way back to New York, which is the endpoint of our ten-day sojourn to Italy.
