The strange addiction of picture taking in Japanese shops
my favorite.
After visiting Japan back in 2004 for 2 weeks I came home to view my collection of pictures. What i noticed was a weird fascination I had with taking pictures inside shops. Gas stations, grocery shops, convenience stores, you name it I have a picture of it. My first time visiting a foreign land you would think that my focus of photography would not be inside department stores, but it was. I'm not sure what it was, but every little thing I saw just seemed so fascinating. So heres a look inside Japanese stores, and the apparent addiction i had with photographing the items inside.

I basically love taking photos in convenience stores, anywhere in the world. It's fascinating what different cultures grab when they're on the go.
