The item everyone with a vehicle needs.
I worked at Bed Bath and Beyond as inventory control for quite awhile until the manager pushed me over the edge. Anyway, a handy little product they've carried for years was the Jelly Sticky Pad. Everyone I met that had one would rave about how great it was. It wasn't until 3 years into working for this company I actually picked one up for an upcoming road trip. The minute it hit my truck's dash and threw my mobile on it I was in complete shock! It worked way better than I could have ever imagined. I'm a little slow on buying great items. It was just like that time I worked at Pizza Hut as a kid and waited 4 years to try a Hawaiian pizza. If I had only tried it sooner I would have known of its brilliance. Anyway I digress, back to the Jelly Pad. I decided to take it for a test drive in the country one day through a field with my 4x4. I don't actually ever use my 4wheel drive but I was going to my parents and thats what people do in the country so I thought why not? Despite being terrified for my life with the way I was driving, my mobile actually stayed on the trusty little Jelly Pad. I immediately called all my friends and told them of this miraculous technological innovation. Of course none of them listened to me. When it came time for The Liz Morrison Experience Road Trip of 2007, I was the only one with a Jelly Stick Pad. I got in our rental car threw my Jelly Pad on the dash, tossed my mobile on it and away we went. It was a couple days into the road trip that my friends kept on trying to steal it from me. That particularl Jelly Pad is now in Jelly Pad heaven as it was fought over so much during the three weeks, it was actually ripped apart. The three days I had to go without my Jelly Pad I couldn't basically function as a driver or passenger. The minute I got home I went and purchased another one. The most endearing, yet under appreciated feature of my little jelly pad is when I'm driving through the night and my friends are sleeping, I can put my mobile on silent and put it on the Jelly Pad. When I get a call I see the light reflection on my window and I can easily pick up without disturbing anyone. I've now bought everyone I know a Jelly Pad. It is one great item to have in your life.
