A bleak February weekend brought Switzerland the neutrality it desires. It was warm enough for Rollerblades, families, sailboats and waterfowl, but too cold for t-shirts or a dip in the lake. There were no clouds in sight, but that didn’t make the sun shine any hotter over the serene city and its waters. Geneva, home to world peace, had the blues. Many shades, in fact.
