China: cooking onboard on the Li river

The Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo is very popular among travellers visiting Guangxi Province in China.
The river passes through a very beautiful landscape of peaks covered by green woods.
Fishermens go around with their traditional bamboo boats, some of them still fishing by means of cormorants.
But here I would like to show the day trip along Li river from a different point of view: tourists usually have lunch

during the cruise and each boat has an open kitchen where some people are busy cooking fish that they usually

buy right during the cruise.
The series of photos show some of these very peculiar onboard kitchens in action.
You could question how safe can be eating that way: the only answer I have is that ... I am still alive !
