Travel towels packed like pills, just add water to transform them.
What a great invention. Genius even. A towel that looks like a pill. Pop one out, soak with a water and the pill instantly transforms into a sturdy 11" x 9” textured towel. The set comes with 8 towels and the cost is $7.50 US. It's a hikers dream. I not only use the mini travel towel in traveling but in everyday life as well. I run a lot back home in Kentuckiana. When I'm out exercising my allergies get the best of me. I pop out a pill soak it with my water bottle and basically lay lifeless in the grass with the towel over my eyes until the swelling goes down.

Do you have any good "this mini-towel saved my life" type of stories?

Do you mean like "one day while hiking i was making a spear with a knife, cut my finger and had to use the mini travel towel as a tourniquet" type a story?

I bet the TSA love these things. "No, honest, they're towels!" Yeah, riiight.

That'd be nice. Or, just a story about any time you were really really really glad to have this thing with you. That'd do the trick... and make it more compelling too.
