The City of Louisville installed signature artsy bike racks around the metro area in part of its efforts to make Louisville a more friendly bike riding kinda town in the last few years. So if you're driving around the area and turn your head to say what on earth was that?. It's probably a bike rack. I know of 24, I'm sure more is on the way.
