Established in 1952 in Conneaut, Ohio this old-fashioned Drive-In continues to provide locals with quality food, fun music and great service.

When I was younger, each summer my parents would drive up to Conneaut, Ohio to drop me off at summer camp. On our way there right before we would arrive at the camp we would stop at the White Turkey Drive-In for their famous turkey burger and root beer floats. It was the perfect meal after being on the road for about 3 hours.

After camp was over and I reluctantly had to return to normal living I would get into the car and as we drove home we made a quick stop at the White Turkey again to grab a quick bite for the long ride home.

I did this each summer in June for 10 years. Even now when we travel through the area we stop by and have lunch. It was something I looked forward too and still do even today. There is nothing better then sitting at the counter during a hot summer day drinking one of their root beer floats.

I had learned after a few times eating there that the name of the place came from the locally raised turkeys they used in their fabulous turkey sandwiches. Makes the place just that much more special. I have become a forever customer of this wonderful little Drive-In.
