Flip side to Barcelona's riches

Flip side to Barcelona's riches

This picture was taken in Passeig de GrĂ¡cia, one of Barcelona's most expensive streets and it shows how different the poshest artery of the city looks like when the sun goes down.

Thankfully all the pictures I took of this homeless group ended up either grainy or blurred. It's just fair that all this misery is seen only hazily and vaguely out of focus. I think it's more than enough to pass the message.

Seeing people taking shelter from the cold in places like the entrance of a bank or an ATM machine cubicle is mindboggling.
