I don't get to hang in a First Class lounge that often. This was probably the reason why I was the only person taking a photo.

I am Duane Rakestraw. Photography for me is capturing a moment in time, whether the moment is real or fabricated. I work in all forms of photography, from digital to an old Polaroid Land camera. My inspirations can come from a surreal dream or a simple taxi ride (granted a cab ride can be quite surreal in and of itself). I have recently became a member of the SohoPhoto gallery in NYC. I love popcorn, red wine, and my wife...my most severe critic.
