You do not need to travel far from home to experiance a Natural High, you just need to wake up early. I am not sure what possesed me to wake up and take my camera down the street at 5.30am, but I am glad i did. Minutes after this, the fog rolled in and it was gone. Taken in Livermore, California.

Loisaba, Kenya. There is joint venture between the local tribes people and one of the more tradional safari lodges. The Skybeds, are a bed on a balcony, with no roof, only the moon and stars at night. Nothing around but nature, This is the definition of relaxation.

The natural airconditioning system that San Francisco's fog provides, engulfs the Golden Gate bridge most afternoons, providing very dramitic temperature changes, and leaving the tourists running to the shops to buy more clothes. Next time in San Francisco, watch how many people are wearing souvineer sweatshirts and jackets.

Shopping is grabbing hold and taking over the cultural history in Bankok. A tour of the malls is a day out in itself. At least the air conditioning brings a pleasant relief.
