When the zoo isn't crowded you can get up close and personal to the animals. Okay, they're still behind glass, but it sure feels like you could reach out and pet them. Or have them clean you, as this tiger would have liked.
The animals at this zoo are displayed in a way to get some really great viewing of them and enjoy the beauty of nature.
In the "Rocky Shores" exhibit, you'll find an aquarium with lots of exciting animals. Within the exhibit you'll find a beluga whale! You can watch it swim around from both above and under the water!
These days at the Falls are amazing. This was in March after a strong rain storm and the mist was incredible.
The strength of the waterfalls really depend on the amount of rain that has occurred recently. This is a pretty weak waterfall day, but still beautiful nonetheless.
Beware where you walk at this park. Sometimes you're in a danger area...but have no fear - there are barriers you can hide behind should such an event occur.
Enjoy having the ability to view the manatees swimming and playing under the water!
Enjoy watching the animals snack and feed throughout the day.
Full of rides and games it looks fun even on a hot, hazy day along the shore. You'll find the classics - from fun houses to roller coasters - to the new, crazy rides on this pier. Mostly designed for the bigger kids at play. Find the majority of the children's rides on Funtown Pier.
Possibly one of the best days at the Jersey Shore is when Midway opens for business. All winter I spend dreaming about the delicious sandwiches, fries, and funnel cakes that Midway makes. And, alas, at the end of every beach season I'm sad to see them close.

I am a law student, forever busy, slightly obsessive compulsive - though some would say overly, not slightly - a VW driver, a dog lover, a life lover, and trying to live my life to the fullest. I love to laugh, try new things, see new places, and smile everyday. I can never figure out where I'm from for sure - it's either New Jersey or Arizona based on the day. 10 years in NJ, 12 in AZ, and going on 2 in Seattle. If you have any other questions, you just let me know and I'll answer away.
