This has been painted on the side of one of the ride areas on the Seaside Heights boardwalk on the oh-so-beautiful Jersey Shore. I love the vivid colors that remain, even after all of the weathering that these clowns must have endured.
These houses were once homes to many soldiers. They are all located in rows at Fort Hancock in Sandy Hook, NJ. The Jersey Shore is more historical than many would actually assume.
Here is a snapshot of Barnegat Lighthouse in Long Beach Island on the Jersey Shore! Even though the day was a crappy one, I still managed to get beautiful shots.
My brother and I go to Double Trouble State Park in Bayville, NJ about five times a week in the spring and summer. It is filled with acres of woods and old waterfalls -- man made of course! Come on, it's New Jersey.
This is an abandoned chicken shack in Toms River, New Jersey. You would think that this place is hidden off in the middle of the woods. Oh, no. Let me assure you, it is dead set in the center of a neighborhood. Beautiful houses are everywhere, all around. If you were to stop by and visit, you would literally feel the mood that this place gives off. Such a strange and eerie chicken shack. Talk about roadside weirdness!
This is Funtown Pier at the south end of the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. Many wonderful moments by many families have been spent here. I highly suggest stopping by. And who said New Jersey wasn't beautiful?
