An Easter Lunch, sitting in the stunning spring sunlight at a restaurant on the very edge of the Riessersee, Garmisch Germany.

Sushi grade salmon slices, and not too thin etiher...with a salad and a horseradish infused dressing. ABSOLUTELY amazing!
