Heavenly Light
I visited the heavily gilded St Isaac's Cathedral in St. Petersberg on a dreary spring afternoon. Just as I was about to leave, the sun suddenly broke through the clouds and lit up the incredible ceiling.

Offering
On a long, sweaty trek outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand, our guide cut down a fresh papaya and hacked it up for us. I ate mine on the edge of this waterfall, savoring the sweet flavor and the incredible light quality. Our guide then left the last piece as an offering to the gods.
