Indoors

Indoors

Within every house at Isabel's you will find unique hand made furnishings. They are maintained by Isabel and the owners. Though sparse, you will find that for every true need you have while staying with Isabel, someone has already thought of it and come up with some ingenious way of dealing with it. The Hilton it is not, but thats the best part!

The View

The View

This is the view from the toilet in one of the houses. For you westerners who only experience using the restroom outdoors when camping, welcome to the rest of the world. Truly liberating, with a view of the Pacific Ocean and beyond. Surrounded by birds and wildlife, once your initial trepidations fade, it is no longer a chore.

The trail

The trail

The ascent to one of the upper houses of Casas de Isabel. The walk to Casa Gaia is by far the longest and steepest. After a week of this you will be in shape. There are no escalators in Yelapa.

The beach

This is the beach at Yelapa. On sunny days its more populated.

My day job as a computer fixer of sorts leaves a bit of creativity to be desired. For some reason in mid 2007 I decided that I needed a camera. My first ever, and ever since I can't seem to put it down.
I live in Seattle, WA
