David Miller has been a member since 9 October 2009 and goes by dbmillerphoto.
Currently in Chandler, AZ.
I first appreciated photography as an artform after visiting an exhibit of Sebastio Salgado in my hometown of Omaha, NE. After moving to Phoenix, AZ, I earned my BFA in photography from ASU and made the intersection of people with the natural world the primary focus of my work-- celebrating the cultures of indigenous peoples, exploring the lives of animals, and deromantisizing landscapes of the West. Beyond the art I currently teach photography in high school and in adult education.
