In Italy
I am an American writer, currently working on a book about the two times I lived in China. My husband's position as a golf course design coordinator keeps us on the go. Our recent move to Italy marks my 57th move. Though moving from one country to another and adjusting to cultrual differences can be overwhelming, I love my life. Actually, I have two, my life overseas and the one I live when at my Dallas home, near where my daughter and granddaughters live. Besides writing, I love photography.

I am a road warrior. I would take experiences over things any day. I enjoy discovering those places off the beaten path. Those hideaways, dead end streets and paths over the horizon that few ever dare travel. I find very few things as enjoyable a...

I love traveling - whether its just away for the weekend, or around the globe. The thing I like best about travel is getting a taste for the local lifestyle, local foods, and of course, the local beer and wine.

I live on the Right Coast, need more pages in my passport, developed wanderlust as a young lad, it alighting on me out of no-freak'n-where, and I have enjoyed (and suffered) the consequences ever since.

I am an e-commerce web site designer in southern California. I have always enjoyed photography - since childhood - it's one of the things in my life that truly makes me happy. It was my first SLR that really hooked me... it is a Pentax K1000 - all manual 35mm film - old school. Digital is my new love. It provides instant feedback that really gets the juices flowing; next up D-SLR!
