Forbidden Island
While often times tiki bars are not known for their quality of drinks, Forbidden island is the exception. The drinks here are some of the finest in the bay area, and that is saying a lot because the bay area is in the middle of a renaissance right now for true mixology.
Hick's Orchard
The oldest U-Pick orchard in NY state, established in 1905, Hick's is nestled on the border of NY and Vermont in the foothills of both the Green Mountains and the Adirondack Mountains. It's off the beaten path, but that's part of the fun of it.
