Arghileh (aka Narghileh or Hookah) water jars with Beirut's Autostrade (seaside freeway) in the background); Arghileh are water pipes for smoking that operate by water-filtration and indirect heat. They can be used for smoking many substances, such as herbal fruits and tobacco.
