Shaker Village is a former shaker religious community that was around until 1905. It is now a national historic landmark with tours and overnight stays available.
The Font Magica is located at the entrance to the Catolonia National Museum of Art in Barcelona, Spain. The fountains were renovated, along with the museum, at the time of the Barcelona Olympics, which also took place in Parc de Montjuic.
This tiny alley in San Francisco's Mission District has been a focal point for local street muralists since the 1970s. Balmy Alley runs parallel to Treat Ave and Harrison Street between 24th & 25th streets, and today it is covered with more than a dozen murals — many of which have political themes.
The Golden Gate Bridge is a world-famous suspension bridge completed in 1937. It is part of US 101, and it connects the City of San Francisco to Marin County and the rest of the northern California coast.
