Boardwalk
Asbury Park is considered a mecca for musicians, particularly for a subgenre of rock and roll known as the Jersey Shore sound, which is infused with R&B. It is home to The Stone Pony, founded in 1974, and a starting point for many performers.
The Stone Pony
The Stone Pony is in its third incarnation in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Originally opened in 1974, groups that played in the earlier years included Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, Patti Scialfa, and Cats on a Smooth Surface.

When it comes to traveling I have been around Europe a lot, but the US have become a new favorit place the last two years with five trips. NYC, Califonia, Washington DC, NJ and Las Vegas are some of the places I have traveled to in the US.
