It was on one afternoon in Boracay wet market that we saw these snails--I never knew they were edible, until the vendor said they're good steamed with some leeks and garlic and herbs.
So we sat down in one restaurant where they would cook what you bought in the market, waiting anxiously for our lunch to be served. The verdict? Liked it! The snails were yummy--really exotic.
At noontime in Boracay, one would would see all the shades of blue from the sky and the water. Beautiful!

One clear night at Manila Bay at CCP Complex, Manila.
This is Manila Bay at night, with cityscape in the background, near the CCP Complex in Roxas Boulevard, Manila. People come here to relax, chat, and in the case of this man, maybe rest, or just think of day's end.
This photo was taken while I was walking along the streets of the walled City of Intramuros, Manila, Philippines.

I am a lawyer, stuck in the office from Monday to Friday, day in - day out. But I love to travel and discover new places, taste different flavors, and encounter exciting experiences along the way. Sometimes I wish I could just go on a raddical sabbatical and be a seasoned traveller. My "Cities I've Visited" website says I've travelled to 6% of the world; I'd like to increase that to at least 25% before I die.
