. . .
I am a writer and photgrapher. My work is inked in many Indian and overseas publications ( a Google search for 'Janardhan Roye' will give you an idea of my work). I am planning my first book ... also a novel. I have travelled widely - USA, Europe and Asia including India. I like music - from smooth jazz to the Beatles/Cold Play to the Classics. I am into yoga, golf, cinema, reading... Ocassionally I do chairty work - run medical camps for the needy, help poor children in studies.

In Honduras
I am a 54 year old expat of the Left Coast, now immersed in Western Honduras with my S.O.. Electricity is so recent most folks here can't figure out what to do with a fridge (altho TV has caught on bigtime). Oxcarts, bicycles and horseback are common means of travel, and the footpaths are truly ancient. Hereabouts barter of seeds, goods and services is common; the local economy is very dependent on the coffee harvest. This little girl at the coffee mill had never seen a gringa before..
In New Mumbai
I am Ramesh from India...Mumbai to be precise. The photography bug bit me when I was trekking in the Northern part of India. Since then I wished...I wished earnestly...my eye was a DSLR [with a USB connection] :) Sharing some modest snaps I managed to click with a simple Canon A550 Comments / advice / criticism accepted gracefully -Ramesh

In Richmond, VA
I am twenty-nine years old currently living in Virginia. I have a passion for traveling, photography, scuba diving and exploring the world. I have been to Switzerland, Curacao, Dominica, Jamaica, etc. and will be going to Mykonos and Corfu, Greece in October. I would like to be a travel correspondent, don't mind getting my hands dirty and have a passion for all things related to travel and exploration, t.v., film and photography.
In San Francisco
I am... just a guy that can't get enough of our little planet. There is beauty everywhere, and my only regret is that I'll not be able to see all of it in one lifetime. That won't stop me from trying though. The more you travel and explore -- the more commonalities you find. The places change, but as you meet people and exchange cultures, you realize more-and-more how much we all really have in common. It's a huge privilege to be a guest in other cultures and locales.
