Squat & Gobble Crepery
One day while looking for a place to eat along Haight street a shoppe suggested that my wife and I have lunch at the Squat & Gobble across the street. Eager to eat anywhere that has the word squat in the name we heeded his advice, and were glad we did!
Great Highway
Highway 35, the great highway is the road featured at the end of the book Hell's Angels by Hunter S. Thompson.
Samovar Tea House
Samovar tea lounge is a tea house that serves a variety of exotic and world teas and offers traditional tea services. They serve everything from standard Earl Grey to more exotic Monkey King.
Cliff House
In 1896 Adolph Sutro built what the current incarnation of the Cliff House is based on. The building survived the San Francisco earthquake in 1906, but was burned down by a fire in 1907.

Hipsters and Audiophiles alike can agree that Amoeba Music is the record store to buy or sell CDs, DVDs and LPs. If having any album you could ever want isn't enough, they have a great selection of cult movies and foreign films.
