This is a photograph of local woman in Burano, Italy. She walked at an unhurried pace, seemingly unaffected by the noise and bustle of the street behind her. It was beautiful how she steadily moved into the quiet and warming rays of the afternoon sun. It reminded me to slow down in travel and really experience such moments, to move at the pace of a local.
