Now I am a photography student and having great fun learning how to do better what I have already been doing so avidly. Travel and Nature photography are my favorites.     I love to be outdoors. I watch flora and fauna (and insects, rocks, rivers, people, etc). My partner loves to tease me, saying I don't have a "real" job because I work in a Botanical Garden. But somebody has to do it! I take my camera to work every day, and try to bring it along wherever else I go. I love to journal through pictures. I am inspired by the photographers here, and hope to continue to grow as a photographer myself.

    I am retired but do a lot of volunteer work for Eldorado Canyon State Park and the Birds of Prey Foundation here in Colorado. I enjoy fishing, photography, reading and visiting with old friends as well as making new ones. I also enjoy pyrography which is the art of woodburning. With this I make images of animals and people and sometimes add a small battery operated clock.
