Civic Square is the heart of Wellington. It is surrounded by the City Gallery, the Public Library, sculptures and quiet spots to relax. A bridge links the city to the sea. Wellington is the art capital of New Zealand and is always inspiring. Wellingtonians fondly say "you can't beat Wellington on a good day". This is becaus on a bad day Wellington can be shocking (howling wind, rain, etc). This is Wellington on a good day.
