This is one of the numerous bronze statue overlooking the river from the sides of the bridge.
At the beginning of this rock&sand beach of Guethary lies a great rock formation defending the jetty. To a grown up, it might be just another rock, but as a kid, it seemed to me to be the king of the beach.
Guethary often has a tormented weather which allows for great sunsets.
This old port used to be one of the main source of income for the city, as whale fishing was conducted from this place. Building colors are typically basque style.
