My advice to the travelers of the world is this:
if ever you find yourself alone in a foreign land, surrounded by a bunch of tough-looking, drunk strangers speaking a language you don't understand other than the word "gringo", laughing hysterically and glancing in your direction each time they say the only word you recognize, take a big sip of your caipirinha, smile, and assume the best.
