Nanpa-bashi
This bridge's official name is Ebisu-bashi, but it is also known as Hikkake-bashi, or more popularly Nanpa-bashi -- "bashi" is the Japanese word for "bridge" (actually 'hashi') with the first syllable voiced. This area is famous for its restaurants, nightlife, and the generally glitzy ambiance.

We just got back from a year long journey around Asia. Frans is the photographer and Claire is the trip planner. We went to 12 countries: Thailand, Bali (Indonesia), Penang (Malaysia), Laos, Vietnam, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Singapore, Korea, Mongolia, and Japan!
