On a long, sweaty trek outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand, our guide cut down a fresh papaya and hacked it up for us. I ate mine on the edge of this waterfall, savoring the sweet flavor and the incredible light quality. Our guide then left the last piece as an offering to the gods.
