Never before have I stayed in a hotel that was so brilliantly sited. Azur Resort in Queenstown, New Zealand has villas on a hillside overlooking Lake Wakatipu and a mountain chain known as the Remarkables. By the end of day one we ran out of ways to express how beautiful it was each time we looked out the window.
