Geno's and Pats' across the street are THE places to get your very first Philly Cheese steak. Both locations have battled it out for the king of the cheese steak title for years. But you'd better know how to order when you approach the window....or else. Two words....."Wiz Wit". That's all you need to know.

On my first and only visit to Philly, I was crushed to learn that "authentic" cheesesteaks were slathered with neon Cheez Whiz. Pretty sure we opted to go across the street to Pats, though. All the same, love the photo!
