On a recent trip to Dominica we decided to check out the island's "most visited tourist attraction", the Emerald Pool within Morne Trois Pitons National Park. In spite of all the visitors, I was surprised to see how pretty this place is. The park itself, a World Heritage Site, is full of beautiful primary rainforest, waterfalls, and dramatic volcanic landscapes. In my twelve day, ten country tour through the Eastern Caribbean, Dominica stood out as the most unique, untouched, and naturally beautiful.
