A hike through Joshua Tree National Park never disappoints, the clouds after a big storm shades you from the hot sun and the scenery, well, you gotta see it to believe it.
Something about being out in the wide open and not hearing any cars, or whistles, horns, or anything besides birds chirping and the wind scattering the brushes around you. I never thought I'd enjoy the desert so much.

thanks willy, its 5 exposures about 1/3 stops apart, about 2 stops of range total (5 fps) gets me handheld access. i tried to keep it looking natural, but its definitely rich ;-)
