Hell's Gate is near Lake Naivasha and is the only national park in Kenya, Africa, where you are allowed to hike or bike on your own because the animals there are not known to be carnivores, though there is no guarantee. There is not a marked trail or specific guidelines, but this is a rough map posted at the entrance to the park. I assume it was created for their tenth anniversary in 1994, but I do not know that. Longonot is the adjacent park, and N.P. stands for national park.
