Proportions are on a different scale in the Trump Hotel’s new gourmet restaurant, Sixteen. It’s been the buzz about town for its pricey and exotic dishes, its impeccable service and its unmatched views from windows that stretch all the way up to 30-foot ceilings. The centerpiece of the room is the 14-foot chandelier with 19,000 handcarved Swarovski crystals.
