Photo: Gates at Minh Mang Tomb

There are several impressive Royal Tombs around Hue from the Nguyen dynasty. This series of three gates is at the tomb of Minh Mang and is the entrance to the Honor Courtyard where animals were sacrificed. It was built between 1841 and 1843.
