For anyone who's ever turned up their nose at the idea of hugging a tree, the smell of a ponderosa pine might tempt you to reconsider. As if these majestic specimens of treedom didn't already have enough going for them - they've been known to achieve heights of over 200 feet - their aroma brings to mind something along the lines of a butterscotch sundae. So get in there and squeeze.
