Photo: Chicken, Noodles, and Anti-Mosquito Lotion

After a trip around the Water Village in Brunei, our water taxi dropped us off far from where he picked us up. "No can, low tide" he said. We were happy though that he docked near a place where food stalls are lined up. Just in time for dinner.

We ordered fried chicken and fried noodles, which came with a delicious broth that has unknown herbs swimming on top. Since we were dining alfresco beside a river, the B$2 meal would not have been enjoyable without anti-mosquito lotion slapped on our skin.
