The Hotel Hannong is a 3 star historic hotel in the heart of the capital of Europe, Strasbourg, France. I spent one night there and we quickly found out that the main attraction of the hotel is its wine bar with an extensive selection of Alsatian wines. The same evening we got to know the bartender, a young brilliant, enthusiastic and smart guy passionate about wine: Eric. He knows all about the Alsatian wine specialties and he will make you laugh and cry at the same time. He just can't stop telling stories and make you drink good wine! That's why you can end up shooting photos like this :-)
