Taken during a pause in the the first post-Katrina Mardi Gras celebration, colorful parade-goers exhibit movie set expressions as they gawk at the upcoming float. Though generally a raucous bunch, this moment demonstrates the crowd adhering to the sign overhead.

But hey, even the rowdy have to rest.
