Just another day on the Venice Beach esplanada but never boring. It is like the 60's never has never disappeared. Snake charmers, 60 year old skaters, religious skateboarders in robes, stoners and of course not forgetting the surfers who are a integrated part of Venice Beaches inhabitants. One of the most laidback places on earth IMHO. Felt at ease and comfortable with the locals and the easy like Sunday mentality. Worth visiting, even for a second or third or.....time. Mind the metermaids though...rough tough and eager to put 1 on your car.
