This one serves as a refueling spot and a restroom -- really the only purpose they hold. Don't expect service here to be anything stellar; outdoor bathrooms behind a concrete wall and no food or drinks will not add to the experience, but the views from the expansive landscape of this coal mining region will help you linger a few minutes longer.
