Formerly a landfill, the Bulb is now designated as a dog park but features numerous bizarre and insanely creative art installations. The walk ways and paths wrap around the bay and weave in and out of exhibitions of graffiti and sculpture. From tennis ball flowers to broken mirror mosaics glued to landfill debris, this place is a "must see" if you're ever in the East Bay.
