If you are a teenaged Japanese girl living in Tokyo, this department store is probably the epicenter of your fashion universe. I ventured inside, once, just to see what all the fuss was about. I was amazed and frightened, simultaneously. Was this heaven, or hell? I'm still not exactly sure.
